Manager is looking for resources that have a good mix of server, storage and network implementation experience. Really looking for resources who have good Infra PM experience and have installed servers in the past. Those who have installed servers, migrated to cloud, data center consolidations also know how to coordinate with SME like network, storage, middleware/web/DB installs, etc.

　　• Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects

　　• Experience of large scale complex projects

　　• Extensive data analysis and associated presentation

　　Required Skills:

　　"• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

　　• Financial strength for accounting and using MS Excel (pivot tables, etc.)

　　• Education like a Business Administration degree or Project Management training.

　　• Ability to work with others to shape technology solutions and champion their adoption

　　• Ability to manage the successful execution of these solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams

　　• A proven track record in a similar role

　　• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible

　　• Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders

　　• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity

　　• Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work

　　• Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience

　　• Must have worked using Agile/Lean methodologies and is passionate about applying lean principles and agile methodologies and ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)

　　• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision

　　• Past experience leading teams of developers. "
