We are seeking a Senior IT Digital Product Manager, Digital, reporting to the Director of Product Management to help us drive our digital product initiatives as we identify opportunities, develop digital solutions, and grow our digital product offerings.
Connected packaging and digital packaging solutions will continue to evolve to meet the needs of brand owners, consumers, and distribution channels. Your role will be responsible for advancing our ability to leverage digital and connected packaging to capture growth in new industries with new and existing customers.
You will be working with a cross functional team including digital product engineers, IT, digital business development solutions, finance, commercial and operational. This is also a customer centric role, working to translate the unmet needs of the customer into digital business opportunities. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop business case analysis that includes addressable market, competitive review, monetization strategies and growth projections
Partner with cross functional teams in solution discovery and solution delivery
Partner with your teammates to conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
Work closely with Industry Marketing and commercial team members to support and attend customer meetings as a product SME
Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources to create customer personas and need states
Establish clarity for product value proposition, overall digital product strategy, and product roadmaps
Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development, prioritization and key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors and drive successful product launch platforms
Establish effective sales enablement training by partnering with our Sales Training team lead in the Product Management and Marketing group
Determine integration of our automation, machinery, and packaging solutions within the digital product roadmap
Drive a strong bias for action with the team and partner with project managers to ensure speed, efficiency, and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field of study. Masters Preferred
Experienced product manager with 7+ years of digital product background.
Proven success stories in launching digital experiences (desktop & mobile), journeys, and/or shared services tailored to provide users delightful avenues to conduct & manage B2B relationships with measurable outcomes. Experience bringing digital experiences to life in a physical environment preferred.
Demonstrated success working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction.
Examples of successful working relationships and processes with engineering, design, and product teams.
Proven ability to develop effective product specifications, including user stories and detailed requirements.
Can visually depict the desired data and user journeys to communicate to business, design, and engineering.
Ability to develop supporting operational processes and guidelines to support users for on-going delivery.
Proven ability to engage in highly technical dialogue with engineers, while effectively communicating delivery timelines, risks and tradeoffs to non-technical partners and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with supporting examples of using metrics in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Exceptional data analysis skills with hands one experience in feature modeling. Familiarity of relational DB’s, Basic SQL and familiarity with BI tools.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Results-driven with the ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task. Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs.
