About Managing Director

　　Summary:The managing director works closely with the office team, the production team, and the company president. The managing director should develop a working knowledge of all parts of the organization to better lead the team toward success.

　　Specific Duties:

　　Delegate company activities while meeting, maintaining, and developing growth/profit objectives.Responsible for sales management and distributor relations.Stay up to date with advances in directly related industries.Keeps the team informed of new developments.Work closely with the office team and production team on daily processes as well as development and marketing strategy.Responsible for the overall fulfillment process.Purchase materials to maintain adequate inventories of products and supplies.Responsible for FSMA implementation and compliance.Monitors FDA, DSHEA, AAFCO regulations and guidelines.Responsible for Total Quality Management.Provide and enforce safety training.
