　　Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a InformationSystem Security Engineer (ISSE) to support United States Space Force(USSF) by developing software in support of Space Systems Command(SSC) Cyber Operations Branch rapid agile development of defensive cybersolutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space basedcyber adversarial threats. A successful candidate should be a leader andproblem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of ahigh performing team in a fast-paced environment.

　　Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

　　Has an in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity policies and procedures forgovernment sector information systems and sufficient technical knowledge andexperience to implement them. Povides hands on security and complianceguidance and work with Scrum Masters and product owners in concert with systemrequirements that are being developed and implmeneting cloud computing. Thisposition may require priviledge access and DODM 8570.01M restrictions willapply.Qualifications

　　Desired skills/experience:Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems CommandExperience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program officeEducation/CertificationMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, datascience, software development or STEM related specialty and 4 years'related professional experience; Or Master's degree in computer science,software engineering, data science, software development, or STEMrelated specialty and 2 years' related professional experienceMust have IAT Level IIClearance:Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Top Secret (TS) securityclearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.Location/Travel Requirements:Place of work is Colorado Springs, remote work opportunity is limited. Youmay be required to travel periodically, less tha 10%.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $95,000/year to$120,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending onestablished government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience, and other factors.
