Configures, creates employer (Sponsor/Orgpolicies) in accordance with the results of the Renewal and Sales contract analysis.• Updates and maintains Sponsor Demographic data, rules, and other information relevant and required as part of the Sponsor Set Up.• Analyses, reviews and validates the information configured in the system to ensure that all elements are considered as well as the benefits.• Interacts with Sales and Renewal executives and other parties involved in the configuration process to clarify any doubts related the negotiation and other matters.• Creates and validates premium rate tables.• Configures policy plans, Copay Group and Coinsurance Groups as required.• Process maintenance to existing Sponsor configuration upon request.• Complies with Key performance indicators, MTM and SOX narratives and procedures.• Occasionally, performs benefit plan changes to renewal membership.• Runs reports and data queries to support configuration validation and accuracy reviews.• Advice management of any situation that might affect duties.
