Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. *Job Summary* Responsible for oversight of programmatic activities on assigned shift, including documentation requirements. Develops a monthly staff schedule and ensures adequate coverage as defined by the program structure. Monitors and implements program policies and procedures. Responsible for critical decision making in issues of health and safety. Administers medication to residents with oversight from a Registered Nurse. Provides input into staff performance assessments and hiring process. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings. * Five years experience in the social services field required * Associates degree in a Human Services field;experience may be consideredin lieu of education * At least two years Supervisory experience preferred * Experience working with adolescents preferred * Ability to obtain Medication Administration Certification required * Ability to cover shifts not normally assigned and must have and maintain a telephone number for scheduling * Computer proficiency and keyboard skills required * Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required We take great care of careers.
