　　JOB SUMMARY: This position is an entry level position into themaintenance field. This employee has minimal knowledge and is needingfully trained on the way we do our job.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned.

　　Ensuring the work area for you and your team is safe and clean

　　Assist the higher ranking associates with jobs, PMs and any other allwhile learning and improving skills being taught from the otherassociates.

　　Acquire a general understanding of the production work flow.

　　Required Skills:

　　Subject matter knowledge in one of the following areas: Welding,Electrical, Plumbing/Pipe Fitting, equipment in any of the departments

　　Willingness to learn and adapt

　　Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

　　Good organizational skills

　　Licensed to operate forklift

　　Strong interpersonal skills
