　　In your role, you will

　　Plan the implementation of new options and program changes;

　　Establish the manufacturing strategy;

　　Determine the impacts on the master production plan,

　　Define labor requirements and have them approved;

　　Define the learning curve and impacts on the production hours budget

　　Define the budget based on order forecasts

　　Standardize and optimize industrial engineering processes.

　　Produce impact analyzes and strategies for the executive level

　　Support governance at the executive level on the status of programs

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering;

　　You have at least 5 years of experience in an aeronautical manufacturing environment;

　　You have great abilities to popularize and simplify tasks;

　　You demonstrate organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy;

　　You are a team worker;

　　You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance and curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;

　　You master the Office suite;

　　You communicate (oral and written) in French and English
