Unilever is currently hiring for a R&D Nutrition Lead for Indonesia

　　Nutrition business in SEA is a proud, successful, and fast-growing business.

　　Foods Biggest market in the region is Indonesia with our proudly key products in the region, the unmatched Royco bouillon powder and Bango kecap manis sauce products in Indonesia.

　　This position leads all technical aspects of the R&D for the Foods retail business in Indonesia. Key task is to drive technical innovation to deliver consumer relevant products, services, and solutions to the Foods retail business in the country, lead Nutrition ID R&D team, be responsible the define and agree the business plan of innovation/renovation to achieve the agree business targets (short-long terms, top-bottom line).

　　This position reports to Nutrition Southeast Asia Head of R&D, based in Thailand.

　　Main Accountabilities

　　Lead Nutrition R&D team in Indonesia, work with internal and external key stakeholders to establish and agree short, medium and long-term business plans.

　　Being lead and final decision maker for Nutrition ID R&D team covering all product ranges, ensuring all projects are on track as business plan with product superiority and boldly healthier drives, positive Fuel for growth, both for cost and operation effectiveness, Net zero agenda, all ID business and regulatory compliance as well as product quality and food safety awareness.

　　Lead focusing on local jewel, Bango kecap manis sauce portfolio for developing, evaluation and scale-up products supporting ID and SEA business, ensuring no technical failure in the field due to formulation/ nutrition/process and packaging.

　　With Marketing and CS&P teams, champion Selling Stories and product activation with consumers and customers. Drive deep channel understanding and identify relevant growth opportunities using full product portfolio.

　　Ensure a continuing review (by annual IBP) and evaluation of new technology both potential mainstream and weak signals to the category by the development of personnel expertise, by encouraging the evaluation of new product ideas and technology from leveraging supplier expertise/outside sources.

　　Serves as member of Nutrition SEA R&D Nutrition leadership team to Agree and deploy delivery of regional and global technologies, technical enablers and innovations of into Indonesia Plan development training agenda for retention and development of team.

　　Lead, mentor and develop talent in ID Nutrition R&D team with growth mindset/learn to unlearn and agile way of working style.

　　Relevant Experience

　　Degree in Food Science or related.

　　A minimum of 10 yrs experience in an FMCG company R&D management role.

　　Passion of driving consumer centric and technology into product design
