We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced candidates to join a major plastic manufacturing company in North Austin! You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating injection molding machines and leading a small team of machine operators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a similar environment, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and efficient workplace. work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equip

Load raw plastic material into machine hoppers and perform changeovers as needed

Lead a team of machine operators

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
