With a focus on EB3-H2B immigration matters, the ideal attorney will exhibit expertise in client interaction, case management, legal research, and team leadership. Responsibilities: Conduct meetings with potential new clients, assessing their eligibility for EB3 visas and providing legal advice on immigration matters. Develop and implement case strategies, coordinating legal efforts to ensure optimal outcomes for clients in EB3 immigration cases. Oversee multiple immigration cases, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and adherence to timelines. Prepare and revise court documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting materials required for EB3 visa processing.
