　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are responsible for projects covering a wide range of industries, including finance, insurance, manufacturing, and public services. As well as local customers, we will entrust you with the development area in large-scale projects aggregated from various offices nationwide.

　　We have more than 100 projects in operation at present, and the genres vary from open systems to host systems, DX systems (cloud, mobile, RPA, etc.), and so on. There are also development projects for ISV packages such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce).

　　*This position is for IBM Japan Digital Services, Ltd. (IJDS).

　　Your primary responsibilities include:

　　・ You will be involved in all phases of the project, from upstream processes such as requirement definition, design, and development work, and even testing and operation after release.

　　・If you have extensive leadership experience, we would also like to ask you to lead projects as a person in charge of project management and technical aspects.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　・Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with clients and project members

　　・Experience in the design and development of open systems, web applications, mobile applications, host systems, etc.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　・Experience in server side development using frameworks (Java/Spring, etc.)

　　・Front-end design and development experience (Angular/React, etc.)

　　・Experience in cloud-native application development, design, and operation (DevOps, CI/CD, etc.)

　　・Mobile application development experience (Swift/Kotlin, etc.)
