We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team, focusing on product management for finance customer master data projects, mainly focusing on PO collection automation and Contact management self service maintenance via SAP for Me.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding of finance processes (O2I either On Premise or Cloud or Cash Collections/DID).

Key capabilities

Ability to work collaboratively with process experts, subject matter experts

Ability to explain detailed business flows and requirements effectively and work collaboratively with various IT teams, and Development teams.

Generate data-driven insights from analysis of finance related data

Proactive self managing, taking responsibility and accountability

Product and/or project management

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with O2I, Cash Collection and other finance process experts and subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Continue to develop, align and manage roadmap for contact management self-service

Work closely with IT and development teams to communicate data-driven requirements and support the implementation of enhancements or new systems.

Create detailed and clear requirements to ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of objectives, epics, features and deliverables.

Monitor progress and facilitate communication between teams to ensure all requests and deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

Conduct comprehensive data analyses related to purchase orders/other financial/O2I/Cash Collection projects and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

Develop and run KPI reports to monitor the performance and efficacy of purchase order and other financial processes.
