　　We are looking for a Project Engineer (PE) to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team! Career paths for our PEs include specializing in design engineering or project management.

　　Core Responsibilities

　　Estimate

　　Request quotes

　　Complete takeoffs

　　Prepare summary of costs

　　Draft proposal letters

　　Design

　　Complete load calculations

　　Specify equipment

　　Prepare T24 documentation

　　Develop permit drawings using AutoCAD and Revit

　　Project Management Support

　　Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs)

　　Coordinate with field personnel

　　Perform job site visits

　　Review and compile submittal packages

　　Qualifications

　　BS in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R concentration preferred

　　2-3 years HVAC Experience in project engineering

　　Experience working with Revit

　　E.I.T. Certification, P.E. license a plus
