　　Purpose and Essential DutiesThe Helper will do many basic tasks that require physical labor on large commercial mechanical and plumbing construction sites. Specific Responsibilities Include:

　　General construction clean up

　　Assist in material distribution

　　Assist mechanics installing HVAC and Plumbing

　　Learn code requirements

　　Maintain a safe and secure work environment and attend safety meetings

　　Load and unload building materials to be used in construction

　　Operate or tend equipment and machines used

　　Follow construction plans and instructions

　　This position is Full Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Plumber & Foreman.

　　Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

　　Ability to communicate on all levels

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Able to lift 50lbs

　　Must have adequate / reliable transportation to the jobsite daily​

　　Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

　　OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification preferred

　　Plumbing & mechanical experience is a plus

　　Travel Requirements

　　Infrequent travel to Company or client locations. Approximately 10% of time will be spent traveling.Physical/Work Environment Requirements

　　Essential

　　Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist.
