　　The primary duties of a Membership Sales Specialist are:

　　Sell and process new AAA memberships.

　　Review membership coverage levels and up-sell/cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.

　　Make outbound calls to our membership base (welcome new members, offer promotions, discuss upgrade options).

　　Ensure leads are completed and documented appropriately.

　　Serve as the go-to person in the store for all membership-related items:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Have a high school diploma/GED

　　Minimum of three (3) years of sales/customer service experience

　　Have effective communication skills both written and oral

　　Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask on several websites and programs
