　　We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Placement Student to join our team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential !

　　In this role you will make an impact and gain practical experience in the following ways: Recruitment, employment and labor relations, compensation & benefits administration, talent management and learning and development. Administration including Employee Actions Forms, Contracts and employment letter generation. Reporting and analytics HR systems, processes, policies and procedures that support the business HR Information Systems and auditing requirements Qualifications

　　About You:

　　To qualify for this placement, it is essential that you: Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar (Psychology,International Business, Internal Communication, Project Management, HR Administration) Have good communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English Are interested and willing to learn and develop new skills in a diverse organization Have basic computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
