　　We are looking for a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team in Carole Park, QLD

　　In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Contribute to the continual safety improvement with a non-productive set of eyes - observe, discuss, and report. CMES/EASE work instruction changes reacting to issues in real-time. Tooling selection and requests Tooling/equipment maintenance programs Contractor management (the site contractor coordinator) Supporting/delivery of emerging ME projects as required throughout the year. Assist quality engineer with technical hands-on support for complex investigations. To be successful in this role you will need the following:

　　Diesel Mechanic or similar Motor Trade Certification/Qualification. Minimum of two years of experience in rebuild process. Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment. A desire to expand your skillset and progress into an engineering capacity. Compensation and Benefits
