Job Summary: The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing multipleemployment related programs and processes providing support to allemployees and managers across the organization. Programs and processesinclude activities such as effectively managing employee exits,equipment return, employment verifications, service awards, transactiontracking, employee benefits summary booklet, the HR page on SharePoint,and Federal and State employment posters. This role also serves asbackup for the HR Generalist, Talent Recruiter, and Front DeskReceptionist.
Reporting Relationship: Director, Human Resources
Work Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. PrimarilyMission, Kansas campus in office schedule, hybrid considered afterassimilation (3 days minimum in the office). Regular and punctualattendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
Scope of the Role:
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional discretion ofsensitive employment related information
Manage the employment exit process including Cobra and the return ofcompany equipment
Manage the HR page on ScriptPros internal portal via SharePoint
Manage the employee Service Award Program
Manage all inquiries for employment verifications
Respond to state unemployment requests via ADP
Respond to requests for employee detail for security clearance purposes
Manage the Employee Benefits Summary booklet keeping it current andupdating for annual open enrollment
Maintain and keep up-to-date personnel files and records in accordancewith Company and regulatory requirements
Maintain and keep up-to-date all Federal and State employment relatedposters
Serve as a backup to the HR Generalist, Talent Recruiter, and Front DeskReceptionist
Variety of other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Some knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build successful working relationships across theorganization
Proficient computer skills

Ability to consistently interact with employees and managers in aprofessional manner
Attention to detail
Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment wherepriorities are continually changing

Working Conditions:This position operates in an office environment.Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able touse a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit,use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend,and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret avariety of instructions is required.
