Senior Engineering Manager

　　The Senior Engineering Manager position in the Sustaining Engineering Team is a Leadership position with an immediate opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to improving the Philips supply chain. 　　Your role:

　　Lead team of mechanical engineers ensuring requirement, timing, and budget are met. Support global cross functional teams for assigned projects.

　　Build internal and external networks to identify high impact supplier transfer projects that result in productivity, quality improvement, and reduction in Total Cost of Ownership. Manage the update, as required, of designs to improve manufacturability, performance, quality and cost.

　　Support input for make/buy analysis. Support the deployment of early supplier involvement for assigned transfer projects.

　　Use appropriate project management tools, communicate plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and execution.

　　You're the right fit if:

　　BS in Engineering. MS in Engineering preferred.

　　10 or more years of proven design engineering and project management experience leading cross-functional teams. Experience supporting global projects.

　　Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and working in a regulated industry

　　Experience with CAD software(s) and with geometric dimensioning and tolerance

　　Philips Transparency Details

　　The pay range for this position is $140,000 to $159,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

　　In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
