Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is growing, and we have an opportunity for an energetic HR Coordinator to provide on-site HR support in our White Bear Lake, MN facility. In this position, you will act as the primary HR point of contact for the business and employees and provide support in service of employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, onboarding, total rewards, performance, and learning. You'll coordinate and assist with communication of HR programs while providing project and process coordination across a wide variety of HR programs and activities. You will work closely with HR shared services, and other HR teams to ensure HR processes and services are delivered with excellence. You'll continually seek process improvements, share key takeaways across the team, and support initiatives, in close partnership with HR leadership and the business. Your Responsibilities: Guide employees and managers in leveraging HR and HR shared services to address questions such as payroll, benefits, leave of absences, and policy questions Coordinate and lead engaging new hire on-boarding programs by working closely with HR and on-site leadership to deliver a great new hire experience Build effective working relationships with employees to build trust and engagement, and keep a pulse on the work environment Partner with HR leader to support delivery, communication, and change management around HR programs to employees and business leaders Supports events in alignment with team building, recognition, and engagement Provide support for onsite visitors You Must Have: Associate's degree or equivalent and 2+ years related experience Strong result-orientation and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal employee experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Motivated team player with a high level of accountability Intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Excel We Would Prefer: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field About Taylor Corporation One of the top five graphics communications companies in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
