Experience Requirements

For this New York United States-based position, the expected base pay is $18.00-23.00

Shift Hours: 730am-4pm (Monday-Friday)

High School diploma or equivalent

One year of related experience preferred.

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as an Accounting Clerk with YesCare:

Receives items and checks requisitions for proper quality and description.Unpacks, sorts, and stores items systematically on shelves, bins, or other storage areas.

Prepares requisitions and/or purchase requisitions. Files and maintains records for supply activities.May record items received and issued out of supply room. Reorders items as necessary.

Prepares items for shipping and completes shipping authorization for surplus equipment or damaged items to be returned.Operates a variety of office machines and equipment such as computer, calculator, and copy machine.

Maintains proper stock storage levels based on par levels established with the Administrator, adjusts and replenishes as needed. Responsible for record keeping and assists evaluating new product lines.

Completes periodic inventories of equipment and supplies as directed.Assists with monthly inventory verification for sharps inventory.

Track equipment location and need for repair, contact biomedical contractor and ensure equipment is returned to service in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned.
