You are responsible for the recurrent administrative preparation of the payrolls for various Cigna entities in International Health.
You play an active part in Time & Attendance registration. You follow up from closeby, pull reports and you answer / fulfil questions / requests of employees and their managers.
You take care of various social documents & ad hoc declarations in case of illness, caregiver leave, part-time work, resignation, salary confirmation etc.
You assist in the administration related to diverse types of benefits of our employees.
You support in a whole range of administrative ad hoc and recurrent tasks related to Cigna’s requirements as an employer.
You work closely together with peers of the entire International health HR administration team in order to optimise the overall administrative process.
