Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Support initiatives along with the line managers in areas of training development, organizational development.
• Liaison closely between Business and COEs on Learning & Talent Acquisition
OD/Employee Engagement
• Leverage analytics and measurement to draw actionable insights to continually improve employee engagement.
• Drives alignment and coordination of employee engagement content and priorities.
• Cultivate engagement across the organization by tracking employee sentiments and concerns, consulting with stakeholders and designing and implementing innovative and relevant management interventions across the employee lifecycle.
• Consolidate data to create a month-end report for all engagement programs and initiatives.
• Measure engagement and retention strategy through pulse survey, FGD, etc.
• Provide responses to queries for anything related to People program and activities.
• Develop and execute HR communication plans to support employee engagement programs and strategy.
• Plan and implement communication strategy for core and leadership competencies, company values, vision, and mission.
• Provide support in identifying best practice in culture, engagement, and inclusion to the organization.
Training and Development
• Perform skill gap analysis and consultation with Managers and other stakeholders.
• Gather data on training needs and learning interventions.
• Organize and implement new employee orientation, mandatory trainings, and if needed, conduct refresher training on matters related to customer audits.
• Monitor training KPIs and propose countermeasures or programs to achieve them.
• Review procedures and guidelines for training programs and learning interventions to make assure that learning and development programs meet learning and training goals.
• Prepare the annual Corporate Training Calendar according to approved budget and strategic goals of the company.
• Support training Consultants and internal trainers in training implementation.
• Initiate programs for internal trainers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education/experience and qualifications
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 6-8 years working experience as HR Generalists with intensive exposure and significant track record on OD and training and development.
• Applicants with experience in the Manufacturing industry are preferred.
• With above average presentation and collaboration skills
• Organize, pro-active & can communicate effectively to all-levels

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Experience in process and project management
