HR Global Communications Associate
Job Description:
The HR Global Communications Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR function within our Global HR solutions center enablement team. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and provide global support throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills. This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Some flexibility is expected.
What You'll Be Doing:
Administers end to end communication process in Poppulo including:
Creation of draft emails in Poppulo.Upload and format translated emails in Poppulo.Manage distribution list and sending emails through Poppulo.Administer translations for global HRSC Enablement team including My Connect portal translations, handbook, and policy translations.Build the global HRSC Monthly Operational Review (MOR) scorecard from various reports, format, and distribute to key stakeholders.Build the HR Connect scorecard from various reports, format and provide for distribution.Compile and build weekly and monthly emails/content such as HR Snapshot, HR Preview GHRLT Preview, HR Org Announcement, Monthly Monitor Content.Maintain the global editorial calendar as needed based on shifts to communication timelines.Fields all general inquiries from internal/external stakeholders on translations, communication requests, etc.; escalates inquiries to management or the appropriate resource as necessary.Enters and tracks HR communication request data in various electronic systems and internal tackers, runs reports as required to perform internal audits to determine process efficiencies and opportunities for further development.Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives, and inquiries.Participates in various HR process improvement projects.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous HR experience.Highly prefer previous experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Poppulo or similar systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.Build and maintain relationships with HR teams to execute critical HR initiatives that deliver best-in-class employee services.Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$16,816.67 - $28,416.67 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
