　　Senior Accountant

　　Job Description:

　　This is an exciting opportunity to support Arrow's Converge business as a Senior Accountant!

　　Under limited supervision, you will function as an advanced professional level accountant, evaluate the most complex transactions and record to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete. You will support internal customers, develop relationships with various client groups and maintain/update current financial information. Responsible for the completion of complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis. You will identify process problems and implements solutions and research accounting literature and apply concepts. You will serve as backup for manager in their absence.

　　This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Complete the most complex reconciliations and income statement analysis.

　　Calculate, review and process journal entries and reconciliations. Reviews work of lower-level employees.

　　Support and/or participate in special projects. Leads projects of more complexity, developing project leadership skills.

　　Acts as functional expert with other departments on complex day-to-day functions of the department.

　　Responsible for producing, reviewing, analyzing and issuing periodic reporting on general subject matter.

　　Demonstrates an understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvements and implements solutions.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　4+ years of accounting experience

　　4-year degree in accounting or finance

　　Experience with Oracle or other large ERP software

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.)

　　Ability to work independently

　　The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

　　Masters in accounting, CMA, or CPA

　　Accounting experience at a medium to large sized, public company

　　Experience working with inventory

　　Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

　　$74,000.00 - $90,200.00

　　Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
