  What We Need:

  The Human Resources (HR) Generalist assists an HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR needs and people operations of their assigned business areas. The HR Generalist manages the HR processes, procedures, and programs for their business areas in collaboration with other HR partners.

  Focus areas for an HR Generalist include recruiting, talent management, performance management, on-boarding and training and development.

  What You'll Do:

  Coordinate the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs under the direction of an HR Business Partner

  Assist and advise company managers about Human Resources programs

  Support the delivery of a specific assigned HR program and client-related projects

  Provide coaching and direction to client management group to increase HR program and system tool/process adoption and self-service use

  Provide effective and efficient hand-off support for the HRBP by triaging complex issues to help solve urgent matters

  Participate in the development of policies, procedures and programs that improve HR programs, service and client experience

  Coordinate, create and analyze workforce reports, such as turnover, hiring, headcount, tenure, demographics, compensation history, etc

  Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBP to develop solutions, programs and policies

  Exhibit high level of communication skills and diplomacy when referring and handing off sensitive matters to the Employee Relations team

  Coordinate and implement periodic incentive and compensation payout processes in conjunction with the HRBP and Comp department’s direction

  Provide project coordination when implementing Performance management and Talent Development for client groups

  Up to 15% travel may be required

  What You'll Need:

  5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions or experience in a variety of HR disciplines

  Professional HR credentials desirable, but not required (e.g., SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or comparable credentials

  Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices

  Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

  Comfort handling difficult conversations

  Good influence skills and ability to provide counsel and feedback to leaders

  Practice a high-level of confidentiality

  Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

  Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends, solve problems and recommend action

  Good collaboration skills with proven success in working with others to deliver results

  Strong ethical foundation

  Global and cultural awareness

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development. Master’s degree preferred

  Compensation:

  Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
