　　Ready to make an impact! Peraton is looking for a Software Engineer tosupport the Threat Products and Services (TPS) on the SpecializedWarfighter Development Contract (SWDC) program. The job location is at thegovernment site, located on Schriever SFB, CO.This role requirescandidates to be on-site daily with no option for remote/hybrid work.The Software Engineerwill be responsible for the following but not limited to:Design, develop, test, document and integrate simulation products forthe Threat Modeling Center (TMC) organization using Java, C++and/or C# programming languages on Windows and Linux operating systemsInterfacing with TMC customers and presenting technical briefings to TMCstakeholdersEperience in software development to support the modeling and simulation ofmissile defense systems

　　Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or relateddiscipline with 2+ years related experience; 0+ years with MastersDegree; HS/GED with 6+ years experienceExperience with Software Engineering or Code Development is requiredExperience in software development using C++, C#, Java or similarprogramming languageMust have a basic understanding of Windows and Linux platformsExperience using GIT or other version control systemsExperience in Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA and Confluence)Knowledge of software design patternsMust have a current active DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Familiarity with the Linux KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine)Experience in Agile software development methodologies including Scrum andKanbanKnowledge/ experience in modeling and simulation developmentMust be able to work both independently and in a team environment.Must have strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

　　Target Salary Range

　　$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for thisposition based on experience and other factors.
