Description Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic company. As the Accounting Assistant you will provide daily support to the finance and accounting departments with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. This is the Accounting Assistant opportunity for you if you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy!

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Track expenses and evaluate financial budgets

　　Perform administrative duties as necessary

　　Own the bookkeeping processes of the company

　　Assist Accounting team with creating and editing financial documents

　　Collaborate with clients via phone and email as necessary

　　Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

　　Work with incoming and outgoing funds to reconcile financial books Requirements - Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills

　　Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet application highly desired

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail

　　Bookkeeping experience required
