  Job Description

  Jabil is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Osijek, Croatia. This expansion is a strategic move that aligns with Jabil's focus on long-term secular trends and growth in renewable energy, electric vehicles, healthcare, 5G, and cloud. The new facility will serve as a hub for Jabil's continued commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering comprehensive manufacturing solutions to our customers and will employ over 2,000 people when fully operational.   Job Summary: HR Generalist provides support in all functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training.

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  Maintains and delivers Human Resources policies procedures and programs.

  Has responsibility for communicating and interpreting policies and procedures.

  Interface with other departments on various topics such as payroll, learning & development, recruiting.

  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  Identifies employee relations issues and takes action to address and resolve those issues.

  Coordinates the administration of mandated and company sponsored benefit programs.

  Analyzes wages and salaries and prepares job descriptions.

  Coordinates approval process for and advertising of open positions. Interviews prospective employees, checks references, makes job offers and conducts orientations.

  Assists management team in the analysis and identification of special training needs.

  Maintains and processes forms and records related to employment, benefits claims, etc. and prepares related reports.

  Education & Experience Requirements

  Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.

  Plus minimum 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment legislation.

  Fluent English language both written and spoken.

  Strong and convincing communication skills.
