　　Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an immediate opportunity for a Product Manager - Digital Technology. This role will be based hybrid at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA.

　　This is a new role for Air Products and the person joining the team will be establishing processes and tools to deliver world class digital products. You will help the Digital Technology team to understand what customers current and future needs are and then help to deliver product to meet those needs. This position requires a results-oriented mindset and strong leadership. As we scale our organization to meet the growing needs of our business partners we need to scale, our processes, skills, and creativity. The position emphasizes organization, planning, leadership, and strong technical skills with a broad knowledge of digital product landscape.

　　Essential Functions in this Role:

　　Drive the product and business planning process for our digital products and deliver a roadmap and product launch strategy

　　Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from ROI and build vs buy perspective, and deliver the recommendations

　　Work closely with the design team to help envision an innovative and user-friendly product that meet business KPI’s while growing adoption of digital products

　　Align product objectives to overall business goals and to ensure we achieve our goals

　　Work to establish product management playbook, tools, and processes for the enterprise.

　　Educate and evangelize product management discipline for long term adoption with the enterprise.

　　Education and Licensing Requirements:

　　5 Plus years of experience in a dynamic product management role

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system, engineering, business, or related field

　　Be highly effective in managing and working in a collaborative manner with cross-functional team

　　Excellent communication skills, combined with strong presentation skills

　　Proven success in managing and owning all aspect of product management from concept to completion within a large enterprise

　　Experience in understanding large set of customer and market data and seeing the big picture for a product along with experience in requirement gathering across diverse area, users and converting those into viable products

　　Experience in working closely with design teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly products
