　　This position supports execution of new hires and terms for production. This role will evaluate best practices, understand gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions to centralize hiring/term process.

　　This position may be located at any of the following Doosan Bobcat locations: Minnesota:Litchfield, Rogers;North Carolina:Statesville; North Dakota:Bismarck, Gwinner, Wahpeton, West Fargo;Wisconsin: Johnson Creek

　　Role & Responsibility

　　Business Process & Analytics

　　Interview each location on Pre-Hire, Post-Hire and Recruiting Tasks

　　Document current process relating to new hires and terms

　　Determining areas of Standardization

　　Identify efficiencies.

　　Creating and maintaining a SOP process for new hires/terms

　　Track progress and adjust tactics as necessary.

　　Job Requirement

　　Education Required: Business Administration – Associate degree or equivalent experience

　　Experience: 0>2 years

　　Travel required: <10%

　　High level of confidentiality

　　SAP-HRIS experience preferred.

　　Advanced Microsoft Excel skills helpful

　　Excellent verbal and written communication

　　Must be able to work well with both internal and external personnel.

　　Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
