　　Robert Half is hiring a HR Coordinator for a well-respected Manufacturing organization in the Quad Cities. The HR Coordinator will be tasked with completing life cycle recruiting, leading weekly orientations, and managing personnel records.

　　Requirements

　　Key Responsibilities of this role include:

　　-Completing life cycle recruiting to include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and recommending hiring decisions

　　-Working with cross-functional teams to understand recruiting needs

　　-Leading weekly orientations for new hires

　　-Answering inbound calls related to absences or time off requests, as well as responding to voicemails

　　-Scanning employee documentation and maintaining personnel files

　　-Additional project work as needed
