About the Team
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing human resources team. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. They're responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. Monetization Integrity's (MI) Vision: All monetized creativity on TikTok is Safe, Ethical, and High Quality. MI's Mission: To put user safety and advertiser experience at the center of commercial content on TikTok.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization's leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design.
Specifically, you will:
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.
- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs.
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, as a Generalist or Human Capital Consultant. Minimum 3+ years as a HR Business Partner in a high-growth company.
- Experience supporting Risk, Investigations, and Public Policy organizational pillars is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients regionally and globally across AMS, EMEA, and APAC.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, HRIS, Workday, and other technology platform tools.
- Curious problem solver with a point of view that proactively solutions and resolves issues.
- High EQ and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborative, resourceful, detailed, analytical, and responsive in a high-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency with a 'let's / can-do' attitude.
- Extensive corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, people manager advice, and general HR program/operations.
