  salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

  shift: First

  work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

  education: No Degree Required

  Responsibilities

  Responsibilities:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.

  Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.

  Providing administrative support by efficiently preparing documentation and materials as needed.

  Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communicate policy updates and changes to employees.

  Collaborate with recruiters in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Assist in coordinating the recruitment process.
