Description:

　　We are looking to hire 3 Service Technicians with previous electrical or a skilled laborer that has general handyman skills. Looking for an employee on a contract to hire basis who has history with installing HVAC units and general construction experience. Will mostly be working outside in the storage units. About 95% of the job is outside in the elements.

　　Service Tech: flooring, framing, roof checks, frame inspection. Those with construction a construction history are a huge bonus. 20/hr but flexible;

　　Schedule: 7-3:30; During the summer months they go to 6-2:30. All day shift, no night shifts

　　Dress code: General work clothes; jeans, t-shirt, jacket, steel toed boots
