PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
Detailed troubleshooting of all above enumerated technologies
Extensive experience in managing enterprise level environment in both pure cloud and hybrid setup
Demonstrate advanced operational network knowledge of routing & switching technologies
Understanding of load balancing and firewalls concepts
Ensure proper data backup configuration and monitoring, and on-demand or test restores, tape management included.
Mentor team members to foster an inclusive, stronger support team
Work with users to troubleshoot and solve complex operational issues
Assist in working with vendors and datacenter technicians for installing/troubleshooting/replacing hardware as necessary
Assist in maintenance activities outside of normal business hours, based on a set of well-established standards and procedures
Strong detailed problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Able to work effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries with little to no supervision
Advanced understanding Virtualization, NSX-T, Storage, Data Protection, Windows, and Linux/Unix environments
Desire to gain new skills
EDUCATION/LANGUAGE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology/engineering discipline preferred or equivalent experience required (4+ years)
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Advanced understanding of programming logic
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Extended knowledge of scripting languages and techniques
Superior communication skills. Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
Could certifications for Azure, OCI, AWS
