　　Our Home Healthcare Referral Coordinator primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Screening Cases for Wounds and IV's

　　Entering Patients in the KanTime Database

　　Obtaining Authorization for Homecare Services

　　Verifying Insurance Eligibility

　　Accepting Cases from Insurance Companies

　　Verify via Medicare Portal for Any Open MSP's

　　Request Home Health Orders from PCP's, Hospitals, and Specialists

　　Confirm Patient's PCP's

　　Assist Patient's with Any Questions, Comments, or Concerns

　　Work Closely with Nurse Case Managers to Accept Cases

　　Schedule Nurses, PTs, OTs, and Speech Therapists

　　Schedule Home Health Aids and Social Workers

　　Receive and Forward Faxes to Correct Departments

　　Collect Co-Payments

　　And More
