Microsoft Sentinel Product Group is hiring a qualified Senior Software Engineer. Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in FullStack Software Development with profound expertise in data ingestion world.

Microsoft Sentinel is first Cloud Native SIEM tool which is market leader and looking to strenghten its Data Ingestion platform with this new hire opportunity. The Data collection group in Sentinel is responsible for bringing data from any data source with petabyte scale. This is a great opportunity for someone likes to resolve hard engineering problems in Data Integration and Ingestion world.

The location of the role shall be Noida or Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

Add new data ingestion capabilities in Microsoft Sentinel Data Ingestion Platform.

Develop innovative solutions to address complex data integration challenges.

Design and build robust, scalable data ingestion architectures for massive datasets (petabyte scale).

Drive technical innovation and best practices within the data ingestion space.

Develop top-quality data connectors supporting petabyte scale and millions of events per second.

Experience in Software Devlopment is must (C#, .NET, Python etc.)

Use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to resolve complex problems

To handle escalated customer calls at times and address their data ingestion requirements from product engineering mindset.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Software Development with minimum 2 year experience into Data Ingestion or Data Integration.

Understanding of different cloud technologies (AZURE,AWS,GCP,OCI, SalesForce etc.) will be a plus

FullStack Development experience will be a plus

Experience in implementing AI based innovative solutions will be a plus

Understanding of SIEM tool will be a plus

Understanding of different log formats (syslog, CEF etc.) will be a plus
