As a Group Manager in ERP Cloud Financials team you will work In partnership with the Product and Engineering teams, develop product technical strategy and vision, and be accountable for setting and delivering on your team’s ambitious goals.

Leverage your technical and domain expertise and leadership skills to attract top engineering talent, and lead the team to deliver highly impactful solutions.

Ensure technical operational excellence of the solutions your team builds to meet the commitments to our customers regarding reliability, availability, observability, and performance.

You should have deep understanding of Financials Applications Domain and integration with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.

You should have experience in Oracle Application Development framework and Mircrosevice architecture. You should have experience in managing and delivering Enterprise Cloud applications, functional depth in core accounting treatments, and designing systems to process high volumes

Responsibilities

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

As a part of ERP Cloud - Financial Development team you will

Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Oversee the execution of large-scale, complex projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Prioritize projects and resources based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of solutions into production.

Recruit, retain, and grow top talent to build a diverse and high-impact team.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
