About the Role:
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.
Provide and maintain proper trackers for operation and report.
Facilitating all clients request which includes Events setup, manpower request, Supplies replenishments. Etc.
Manage workorders
Monitoring of the 52 week PM calendar (Maintenance)
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same field
Must have experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing tool
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Amenable for 6 working days, shifting schedule;
Can report onsite on a daily basis. Location: Colon (1) & Mandaue (1)
