  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Hardware Technician to join our team.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  This position is a Hardware Technician for CNOS labs. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting data center hardware solutions for networks supporting development systems for all developers.

  Must also maintain all lab environments.

  Will also work closely with our CNOS labs in other locations.

  Maintain both Linux and Windows systems within the domain architecture to include racking, stacking, loading, and configuring systems (workstations and servers) from the ground up.

  Complete break/fix actions, and provide support to project and STO activities.

  Works tickets supporting the above requirements, within service-level agreement timeframes.

  Cabling, racking, and stacking equipment

  Works with Jira ticketing system

  Basic Qualifications:

  Typically requires a Bachelors Degree, 4 years of relevant experience can be substituted for a degree.

  Minimum 2 years experience in data center hardware technician work,

  Hardware experience with servers and basic network equipment,

  Understanding of installation, parts, repair, problem tracking, and troubleshooting.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience in SNIPEIT is desired but not required.Security Clearance Requirements:

  Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly is required.Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to lift approximately 80 lbs.

  Perform sedentary work

  Must be able to rack and stack equipment

  Must be able to bend and lift equipment
