　　Responsibilities

　　As the Ministry Formation Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to deliver associate, clinician and core leader Formation within our Michigan Ministry. You will work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to achieve standards of excellence and facilitate classroom training and development programs. An onsite presence is required as well as approximately 25% travel throughout the Michigan Ministry. Other responsibilities will include:

　　Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to teach various types of learning content.

　　Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to understand desired performance assess learning needs, and develop appropriate training solutions.

　　Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned courses.

　　Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results.

　　Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants.

　　Take action to stay abreast of current and evolving learning trends, instructional methods/techniques and emerging technologies.

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences

　　Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field strongly preferred

　　2+ years ministry facilitation experience

　　2+ years experience working with boards, committies, groups & teams

　　Excellent presentation & communication skills
