The Polish team is hiring for a Sr. Product Manager to help with efforts in improving customer experience. The Product Manager will have ownership of a number of multiple strategic projects and initiatives, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy.
Key job responsibilities
Improving Customer Experience: assessing customer experience gaps and opportunities to determine the best path forward and developing scalable plans to deliver the improvements.
Relationship management: working collaboratively and transparently with senior business leadership, legal and tech teams across different geographies, to ensure alignment between core business priorities and compliance priorities.
Ongoing compliance: be point of escalation for reviewing complex and/or high-risk compliance issues from legal or other business teams.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience in program or project management
Strong analytical skills, including Excel or SQL querying. Able to drive decisions based on data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment / decision-making skills, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Relentless drive for results in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions and problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
