  SET THE COURSE

  The Guest Services Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership support to ensure the Guest Services Team delivers exceptional service experiences to our Guests while exhibiting Tommy Bahama Core Values.

  BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  Requires competency in Guest focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

  Provide consistent leadership, coaching, motivation, mentoring, development, and recognition of Guest Services Representatives to drive performance results.

  Assist with creating an environment that has a passion for service and is the example of professionalism.

  Promote service standards with the Guest Services team, always aligning messaging with Tommy Bahama’s core values.

  Conduct team meetings, one-on-one meetings, huddles, and quality monitoring coaching, and side by side coaching.

  Minimize call escalations through effective coaching and support. Handle escalated calls regarding Guest issues, situations, or concerns.

  Support supervisor with daily routine (i.e. motivate team, sharing event information, providing support, coaching and development of assigned agents).

  Audit guest orders and provide details on best practices with GSR’s, always keeping the feedback loop in motion.

  Provide back-up support with phones and emails when necessary.

  Perform other related job duties as requested.

  ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  High School Diploma

  Some college preferred

  Minimum 2 - 3 years customer service in a contact center environment

  Minimum 1 year leadership experience.

  Previous service, sales, coaching, team leader and/or training experience preferred

  Proficient in MS Office products.

  Proficient in Screen Capture software.

  Proficient in InContact, Hybris and Blue Cherry.

  Retail customer care experience is a plus.

  Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

  Rate Range: $20.41 to $34.01 per hour
