You will be learning how to use traffic tools to understand when you need to add solutions for capacity relief. You will also learn to use the System Performance tools to improve KPIs and the customer experience.As a Radio Frequency Engineer you will:Work with regional traffic/RF Engineers to ensure that triggers, low throughput and imbalanced sectors are addressed in the assigned sub-market.Participating in ongoing discussions with developers and tools leads to addressing the business needs and objectives regarding tool capability, processes, and data integrity.Initiatives supported include: C-band, SNAP, skipped sites, mmWave, SGFI, STL, Relocations, Macro, Small Cells, Modifications, Root.You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.In this hybrid full time position, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
