JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (East RiverFacility), an American Foods Group company has opportunities forMaintenance Lead at our East River Plant. As Maintenance Lead, you will:* Perform Maintenance Mechanic I and/or II duties. * Perform upperlevel problem solving and support team lead on complex or on-goingprojects. * Install equipment, machines, wiring or programs to meetspecifications. * Determine causes of operating errors and possessability to tell when something is likely to go wrong before downtimeoccurs. * Assist in training Maintenance Mechanic I and/or IIs foradvancement. * Wire and troubleshoot from wiring schematics (12 voltsDC - 480 volts AC). * Inspect and/or test damaged machine parts andmark defective area or notify supervisor of need for repairs. * Keepup-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to job. * NOTE: thisdescription is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications MinimumQualifications (Required): * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Mustbe able to work in the United States without sponsorship. * High schooldiploma or GED. * 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. * Musthave prior experience using hand and power tools, precision measuringtools and the ability to read and work from drawings and blueprints. *Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures warm, hot, humid,cold, wet or with slippery surfaces at varied heights in and aroundmoving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment(PPE). * Must be able to perform the job duties with or withoutreasonable accommodations. * Ability to work extended scheduled hoursMonday through Saturday with daily overtime. Must be able to workovertime as required.
