　　The company offers a 3-month training period with full hire at end of the training period.$14 per hour base training wages with monthly attendance-based pay of $160.The typical shift is M-F 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, however, we work as needed and overtime may be required.

　　· Entry Position= Production 1· Base Hourly Rate: $14 minimum· Bi-Weekly Attendance Pay Incentive: $80 every two-weeks minimum (based on attendance)· Assuming proper attendance estimated hourly rate is between $14.50 & $15.00· Holiday Pay· 40 hours of Paid-Time Off, Additional 8 hours added with each year of service· PTO hours not used are paid as a bonus at beginning of next year· Health Insurance, 100% company-paid contribution for individual insurance premiums· Opportunities for advancement & increased pay overtime. Based on attendance, increasing level of skills, your drive, and your performance.· Two 15-minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch each day.
