　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Identify critical project aspects to development projects, and help the team make trade-offs to accelerate development activities and release of enhancements

　　Manage direct reports which would include coaching, talent development, aligning on roadmap priorities, associate hiring, training, performance management.

　　Provide leadership and contribute to prioritized projects and ensure business requirements are achieved and sustained.

　　Coordinate project delivery by participating in design/iteration reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions

　　Engages with end users to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems. Oversee end to end testing of software components. Liaison with IT counterparts and business leaders to specify, validate and introduce enhancements and break-fix solutions

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a science, engineering or IT related field

　　Minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Master’s degree in business, science, or related field

　　Previous experience leading teams, either as a manager or a project team leader

　　Minimum of 3 years of work experience with oligonucleotide manufacturing processes, other operations or related field

　　Prior ERP/MES systems experience preferred
