FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Serves as the 'FirstImpression Officer' of the Froedtert The Medical College of Wisconsinhealth network, going above and beyond to deliver on exceptional andmemorable concierge-style customer service and hospitality for ourpatients, families and visitors. Greet each visitor and offersassistance with navigation, wayfinding, sharing helpful information andhelping to simplify their journey with us. Provides accurate informationand direction to patients, staff, and family members. Communicatesrelevant patient care policies while supporting efficient patient careflow, and safety for everyone. Communicates with large numbers ofindividuals and at times large groups of people and manage stressfulsituations in the most empathetic manner. Partners closely with otherdepartments including customer experience/ performance excellence,transport, parking, security, and clinical departments. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience or aminimum of 6 months of experience internally at FroedtertHospital.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent ispreferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Situational de-escalation techniques.Epic transport or EVS modules.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Proficient inMicrosoft programs. Strong verbal intra and interdepartmentalcommunication skills. Ability to track data in an accurate and timelymanner for the purposes of supporting customer service analytics.Bilingual preferred. Ability to execute security protocol assignmentsduring an emergency drill preferred. Proficiency in Epicpreferred.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: American Heart Association (AHA) BasicLife Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approvedequivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
